* empathize with customers and segregate markets
* identify and innovate based on customer needs
* defining key design challenge based on user-centric values
* how to prioritise and deploy user insights for the development

Alicia Shao
Service Designer, Nordea

Alicia the tall Asian, exile Kiwi now residing in Helsinki. Alicia is a
human-centred human and passionate service designer at Nordea. With an
interdisciplinary approach and a background in graphic design and
advertising, her passion lies in tackling social issues, facilitating
change and improving the human experience.

All you need to know

Before attending you will need to install Microsoft Teams, as the event will be organised through Teams. Attendants will receive an e-mail with further information and an invitation to the Teams meeting as the event will be an interactive workshop. We expect and encourage active participation.

Please ensure you can attend from a quiet location. We recommend testing sound equipment and software ahead of the event to allow for smooth participation.


The event will be held in English. We welcome all JCI members and people interested in JCI activities.
